tabkheen A is a neighbourhood home-cooking app in Egypt: people cook, neighbours reserve a plate and pick it up. This notice covers creating your account on this website before the app opens. The account is the same one you will use in the app.

What we collect

• Your name and email from your Google account, and the username you choose.
• Your WhatsApp number.
• Your governorate and communities, and, if you give them, your InstaPay handle and how you heard about us.
• Which ad or invite link brought you here.

Why

• To set up your tabkheen A account, so on launch day you only sign in.
• To message you on WhatsApp when the app opens. We send launch news only, no other marketing.
• To decide which areas and communities open first.
• To count which ads and invites work. If you came from a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta may count that you joined; we never give Meta your name or number.

Who can see it

Your name, username, area and communities appear on your public profile in the app, as they do for every member. Your email, WhatsApp number and InstaPay handle are seen only by the tabkheen A team (your InstaPay handle is shown to a buyer only when you cook for them). Everything is stored with our database provider, Supabase. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers or anyone else.

How long we keep it

For as long as you keep your account. If you never sign in to the app, we delete your account six months after the app opens.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your account and details at any time, or reply STOP to any of our WhatsApp messages. Write to tbkheen.A@gmail.com.
